Batyah Ginzberg has rewritten and reinterpreted the Hebrew Psalms originally written by King David in an effort to achieve an impact on spiritual healing. They have a traditional Jewish orientation. Batyah Ginzberg views HASHEM as gender rich in gender orientation possessing characteristics present universally in both genders and as a non-physical imageless spiritual entity, not a mortal human being or a ghost. The Psalms included are Psalms 78-150.

Psalm 78

Listen, give ear, My people, to My teaching;
turn your ears to the holy words from My sweet mouth.
I will speak to you in parables as poetry to your ears
and explain mysteries from former days of old.
The things which we have heard and known,
and which our fathers and mothershave earnestly told us
we will not hide from their family descendants;
we will tell the generation to come
the praises of HASHEM's incredible power and strength,
the multitude of wonders that has been performed by our Leader.
5 Raised up a testimony in Ya‘akov
and established a Torah in Isra’el, the Book of Life.
S/He commanded our ancient ancestors
to make this known to their children and to us,
so that the next generation would have the wisdom, the secrets and knowledge,
the children not yet born,
who would themselves arise
and tell their own children, generation after generation,
who could then put their confidence in G-d The Almighty,
not forgetting G-d’s good deeds, G-d’s mitzvoth,
but obeying G-d’s mitzvoth.
Then they would not be like their ancestors,
a stubborn, rebellious generation,
a generation with unprepared hearts,
with spirits unfaithful to G-d.
The people of Efrayim, though armed like the greatest warriors with bows and arrows,
turned their backs on the day of battle.
10 They did not keep the covenant of G-d
and refused to live by G-d’s good Torah.
11 They forgot what G-d had done, ignored all the signs and miracles,
G-d’s wonders which G-d had shown them.
12 HASHEM had done wonderful things
in the presence of their ancestors
in the land of Egypt,
in the region of Tzo‘an.
13 HASHEM split the raging sea and made them pass through,
HASHEM made the rushing waters stand up like a formidable wall.
14 HASHEM also led them by day with a white cloud in the deep blue sky
and all night long with candle light from a fierce fire.
15 HASHEM broke apart the strong heavy rocks in the dry desert
and let them sumptuously drink as if from boundless depths;
16 yes, HASHEM brought wet streams out of the parched rock,
making the water flow down like long rivers.
17 Yet they dared to defy G-d and sinned still more against HASHEM,
rebelling in the wilderness against the Most High;
18 in their hearts they tested G-d,
by demanding fancy foods that would satisfy their endless cravings.
19 Yes, they spoke against G-d by asking,
“Can G-d spread a table in the desert?
20 True, HASHEM struck the rock, and water gushed out,
until the vadis overflowed;
but what about bread? Can HASHEM give that?
Can HASHEM provide meat for His?Her people?”
21 Therefore, when HASHEM was tested and tried, G-d heard  these whimpering voices and S/He was angry;
hot white fire blazed up against Ya‘akov;
anger mounted against Isra’el;
22 because they forgot to follow the Commandments and had no faith in G-d,
no trust in HASHEM'S extreme power to save them.
23 So HASHEM commanded the skies above
and opened the doors of heaven.
24 rained down manna on them as food;
HASHEM gave them grain from heaven —
25 mortals ate the bread of angels;
HASHEM provided for them to the full.
26 S/He stirred up the east wind in heaven,
brought on the south wind by great almighty power,
27 and rained down meat on them like dust,
birds flying thick as the sand on the seashore.
28 HASHEM let them fall in the middle of their camp,
all around their small tents.
29 So they ate till they were satisfied;
S/He gave them what they craved.
30 They were still fulfilling their craving,
the food was still in their mouths,
31 when the anger of G-d rose up against them
and slaughtered their strongest men,
laying low the young men and women of Isra’el.
32 Still, they kept on sinning and committing wrongs,
and put no faith in His/Her wonders.
33 Therefore, S/He ended their days in futility
and their years in terror.
34 When S/He brought death among them, they would seek HASHEM;
they would repent and seek G-d eagerly,
35 remembering that G-d was their firm Rock,
El ‘Elyon their Redeemer.
36 But they tried to deceive G-d with their unkind words,
they lied with their forked tongues;
37 for their hearts were not right, they fell to temptation,
and they were unfaithful to HASHEM'S Covenant.
38 Yet he, because S/He is full of compassion,
forgave their sin and did not destroy;
many times S/He turned away anger and jealousy
and didn’t rouse all His/Her wrath.
39 So S/He remembered that they were but human flesh,
a wind that blows past and does not return.
40 How often they rebelled against G-d in the desert
and grieved Him/Her in the wastelands!
41 Repeatedly they challenged G-d
and pained the Holy One of Isra’el.
42 They didn’t remember how G-d used His/Her mighty but gentle hand
on the day S/He redeemed them from their wicked enemy,
43 how S/He displayed signs in Egypt,
Wonders in the region of Tzo‘an.
44Turned their winding rivers into red blood,
so they couldn’t drink from their streams.
45Sent swarms of hateful flies, which devoured them,
and frogs, which destroyed them.
46 HASHEM gave their harvest to shearer-worms,
the fruit of their labor to millions of locusts.
47 HASHEM destroyed their vineyards with baseball-sized hail
and their sycamore-figs with freezing frost.
48 Their oxen and cattle too G-d gave over to the hail
and their flocks to burn as lightning bolts struck them.
49 HASHEM sent over them His/Her horrible fierce anger,
fury, indignation and trouble,
with a company of destroying good messenger angels
50 to clear a path for G-d's very piercing powerful wrath.
G-d did not spare them from becoming corpses in death,
but gave them over to the sickness of a plague,
51 striking all the firstborn in Egypt,
the first fruits of their strength in the tents of Ham.
52 But G-d's own people S/He kindly led out like sheep,
guiding them like a flock of birds like babies lost in the desert.
53 HASHEM led them home to the Promised Land safely, and they weren’t afraid,
even when the sea overwhelmed their foes.
54  G-d brought them to the holy land,
to the hill-country won by G-d's right hand.
55 S/He expelled nations before them,
apportioned them property to inherit
and made Isra’el’s tribes live in their tents.
56 Yet they tested El ‘Elyon
and rebelled against G-d,
refusing to obey G-d's holy instructions.
57 They turned away and were faithless, rebellious like their fathers and mothers;
they were unreliable, like a bow without tension.
58 They provoked G-d with their arrogant behavior and high places
and made G-d jealous with their idols and images.
59 G-d heard, and G-d was terrifically angry;
G-d came to detest Isra’el completely.
60 S/He abandoned the tabernacle at Shiloh,
the tent S/He had made where S/He could live among people.
61 HASHEM gave His/Her strength into exile,
His/Her pride to the power of the foe.
62 S/He gave His/Her people over to the sword
and G-d grew angry with G-d's own heritage.
63 Fire consumed their strong young men and women,
their beautiful virgins had no wedding-song,
64 their Kohanim fell by the bloody sword,
and their widows could not weep.
65 Then HASHEM awoke, as if from a deep sedated sleep,
like a warrior shouting for joy from red sweet strong wine.
66 G-d mercilessly struck His/Her foes, driving them back
and putting them to perpetual head-hanging shame.
67 Rejecting the tents of Yosef
and passing over the tribe of Efrayim,
68 HASHEM chose the tribe of Y’hudah,
Mount Tziyon, which S/He loved.
69  G-d built a sanctuary like the high heights;
like the earth, and made it to last forever and ever.
70 HASHEM chose David to be His/Her obedient servant,
taking him from the sheep-yards;
71 from tending nursing ewes S/He brought him
to shepherd Ya‘akov the people,
Isra’el G-d's heritage.
72 With upright heart G-d shepherded them
and guided them with gentle, kind, loving, and skillful hands.

Psalm 79

A psalm of Asaf:

Dearest HASHEM my G-d, the pagans have entered Your heritage.
They have defiled and destroyed Your holy temple
and turned Yerushalayim into a devasted state of crumbling rubble.
They have given the corpses of Your holy priests, Your servants
as leftover food for the vulture birds in the air,
yes, the flesh of those faithful to You
for the wild animals like the wolves, of the earth.
All around Yerushalayim
they have shed their life source blood like weak thin water,
and no one is left to bury them decently in the ground.
We suffer the  haunting taunts of our unloving neighbors,
we are mocked and scorned by those around us.
How long, HASHEM?
Will You be angry forever?
How long will Your jealousy over our transgressions burn like fire?
Pour out Your wrath instead on the nations that don’t know You,
on the kingdoms that don’t call out Your name;
for they have devoured Ya‘akov
and left his home a waste.
Don’t count past iniquities against us, we are sorry so please forgive us,
but let your compassion  and love and understanding come quickly to meet us,
for we have been brought very low before those who hate us.
Help us, G-d HASHEM of our salvation,
for the sake of the glory of Your name HASHEM which means THE NAME..
Deliver us, forgive our sins,
for Your name’s sake, for we love Your Name.
Why should the nations ask,
“Where is their God?”
Let the vengeance taken on your servants’ shed blood
be known among the nations before our eyes.
Let the constant moaning groaning of the captives come before You;
by Your great strength save those condemned to a horrible death.
Repay our neighbors sevenfold where they can feel it
for the insults they inflicted on You, HASHEM.
Then we, Your loving, honorable, chosen people the Israelites and the flock in Your pasture,
will give You praise and gracious thanks forever, for all eternity.
From generation to generation always,
we will proclaim Your praise.

Psalm 80

Shepherd and good prophet of Isra’el, listen!
You who lead Yosef like a flock,
You whose throne is on the k’ruvim,
shine out!
Before Efrayim, Binyamin and M’nasheh,
Rouse your great power; and come to save us from ourselves and all harm.
God, restore us!
Make Your face shine, and we will be saved.
ELOHIM,, God of armies, how long
will You be seething and angry with Your people’s prayers of forgiveness?
You have fed them wet sad tears as their soft bread
and made them drink those tears in abundance.
You cause our neighbors to fight over us,
and our enemies mock us.
God of armies, please fight for us, restore us!
Make Your face shine, and we will be saved.
You brought a purple grape vine out of Egypt,
you expelled the nations and planted it,
You cleared a growing space for it;
then it took root firmly and filled the  good land and we were prosperous.
The mountains were covered with its cooling shade,
the strong mighty red cedars with its firm branches;
It put out branches as far as we could see the vast sea
and shoots to the long and winding [Euphrates] River.
Why did you break down [the vineyard’s] vines growing up the wall,
so that all passing by can pluck [its fruit]?
The boar from the plush forest tears it apart with its gripping sharp teeth;
wild creatures from the fields feed hungrily on it.
ELOHIM,, God of armies, please come back!
Look down from the heights of heaven, see, and tend this breaking dry vine!
Protect what your all-knowing right hand planted,
the child you made strong for yourself.
It is burned by fierce hot fire, it is chopped and cut down;
they perish at your angry frown of rebuke.
Help your servants, the people at your right hand,
the people you made strong for yourself.
Then we won’t turn away from you —
If you revive us, we will call on your name.
ELOHIM, God of armies, restore us!
Make your face shine, and we will be saved.

Psalm 81

Sing for joy to HASHEM our great and powerful stronghold!
Shout to the God of Ya‘akov!
Start the music! Clang the cymbals! Tap your foot! Beat the drum!
Play the sweet lyre and the lute!
Sound the shofar at Rosh-Hodesh
and at full moon for the pilgrim feast,
because this is a sacred holy law for Isra’el,
a ruling of the God of Ya‘akov.
HASHEM placed it as a testimony in Y’hosef
when he went out against the land of Egypt.
I heard a strange and unfamiliar voice say,
“I lifted the load from his shoulder;
his hands were freed from the [laborer’s] basket.
You called out when you were in trouble,
and I rescued you;
I answered you from the heavens above, from a thundercloud;
I tested you at the M’rivah Spring [by saying,] (Selah)
“‘Hear, my people, while I give you warning!
Isra’el, if you would only listen to me!
There is not to be with you any foreign god;
you are not to worship an alien god.
I am Adonai your God,
who brought you up from the land of Egypt.
Open your mouth, and I will fill it.’
"“But my people did not listen to my voice;
Isra’el would have none of me.
So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts,
to live by their own plans.
How I wish my people would listen to me,
that Isra’el would live by my ways!
I would quickly subdue their enemies
and turn my hand against their foes.
Those who hate Adonai would cringe before him,
while [Isra’el’s] time would last forever.
 They would be fed with the finest wheat,
and I would satisfy you with honey from the rocks.”

Psalm 82

ELOHIM [God] stands tall and stately in the Divine and Holy assembly; there with the ELOHIM [judges], God judges: “How long will you go on judging unfairly, favoring the wicked? Selah. Give justice to the stranger, poor, needy, motherless, fatherless, widow, weak and destitute! Uphold the rights of the wretched and poverty-stricken! Rescue the compassionate and true at heart, help the needy; deliver us from the ruthless power of the wicked!” Soothe us, comfort us, keep us. They don’t know, they don’t understand, they wander about in darkness blindly; meanwhile, all the foundations of the earth are being undermined. “My decree is: ‘You are ELOHIM [gods, judges], sons of the Most High all of you. Nevertheless, you will die like mortals, mortals who do not save; like any prince, you will fall.’” Rise up, ELOHIM, and judge the earth; for all the nations are Yours.

Psalm 83

O God, call to me, don’t remain silent! Don’t stay quiet, God, or still; because here are Your vicious unrelenting enemies, causing an huge uproar; those who despicably hate You are raising their stiff-necked heads, craftily conspiring against Your Jewish people, consulting together against those You treasure as Your Chosen Ones. They say, “Come, let’s wipe them out as a nation; let the name of Isra’el be remembered no more!” With one mind they plot their schemes; the covenant they have made is against You, to destroy You —the tents of Edom and the Yishma‘elim, Mo’av and the Hagrim, G’val, ‘Amon and ‘Amalek, P’leshet with those living in Tzor; Ashur too is allied with them, to reinforce the descendants of Lot. Do to them as You did to Midyan, to Sisra and Yavin at Vadi Kishon — they were destroyed at ‘Ein-Dor and became manure for the ground. Make their leaders like ‘Orev and Ze’ev, all their princes like Zevach and Tzalmuna, who said, “Let’s take possession of God’s kingdom for ourselves.” My God, make them like whirling dust, like chaff driven by the wind. Like burning hot fire scorching up the forest, like the fire of a red flame that sets the mountains ablaze, drive them away with your threatening thunderstorms and bright electrified lightening, terrify them with your tempest. Fill their faces with shame and hang their guilty heads, so that they will seek your name, HASHEM. Let them be ashamed and fearful forever; yes, let them die 100 deaths, perishing in disgrace. Let them know that You alone, whose name is HASHEM are the Most High over all the earth.

Psalm 84

How gorgeous is Your heavenly home and dwelling place, HASHEM Almighty!
My soul yearns, even faints, to be able to spend a moment with You. My heart, mind and body cry out for the greatest of all gods: HASHEM. Even the sparrow has found a home, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may birth and feed her young, to have a family—a place near your altar, HASHEM Almighty, my Sovereign and my God. Blessed are those who live to praise You. Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on a journey to find You. As they pass through the Valley of Baka, they make it a place of luscious lakes ands springs; the autumn stormy rains also cover it with puddles and pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion. Hear my supplications, listen to my chanting, answer my prayer, Lord God Almighty; Come to me, God of Jacob. Look on our shield, O God; Look with favor on your anointed one. Better is one day thinking of you, than a thousand days doing something else; I would rather be a servant and keeper of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked. For the Lord God is a sun and shield; The Lord bestows favor and honor; No good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Although no one is perfect, and HASHEM forgives. HASHEM Lord Almighty, Holy is the one who trusts in you.

Psalm 85

Dearest HASHEM, You have freed me, I am free because You have released me from captivity, You have been favorable to me and to Jacob; You have forgiven me and my trespasses, I did teshuvah for my sins. Selah. You are no longer angry with me, You have no wrath. Turn toward us, O God and cause all Your anger to cease. Will You be angry with us forever for our sins? Will You be angry at my children for my sins? And their children? Revive me O Lord, so I can dance again and rejoice in thee now that You have forgiven me. Show me mercy, grant me salvation. I will listen to You speak O HASHEM, I will harken to all Your words I read in The Torah, Your words are words of peace, and I will try not to sin again. I fear You, know that I fear You and have mercy on me. Mercy and truth are one, righteousness and peace have kissed one another. Truth will be on everyone's lips, it will spring out of the earth, and righteousness will rain down upon us all from the heavens. Yes, God will give us all good things, and we shall be prosperous and holy as we follow HASHEM. Righteousness will follow all of my actions and thoughts, and I shall be guided by You and the 613 Commandments.

Psalm 86

O HASHEM, I bow to You, please lend me Your ear, listen to me, hear me, I am poor and needy, and I need You.
Preserve me, cause me to survive, for I am holy, for I do my best to follow You and Your holy teachings, save me as Your servant because I trust in You.
I cry to You everyday and sing to You, worship You and thank You. So please O HASHEM, have mercy on me.
Make me happy, rejoice the soul of Your servant, for it is You who I love, O HASHEM, unto You I lift up my soul.
For You O God, are exceedingly all good and kind, and You always forgive me, You are always ready to forgive my disappointments, and You are merciful to all who beg You to forgive.
Please O God, O SHEKINAH, answer my prayers, hear them and give voice to my cries.
When I need You, I know You are always there, and it is You who I will call when I am troubled the most, it is to You who I will cry, because I know You will help me.
No other gods match up to You O HASHEM, ADONAI, LORD, my dearest God. No other gods works come anywhere near Yours in greatness and beauty.
All nations, countries, continents, lands and cities will bow before You, to worship You, to glorify Your Name HASHEM.
For You are the greatest, You have done and will do wondrous things for me, You alone as One God.
Teach me how to be good to You, how to glorify and thank You, I will seek Your truths and fear You.
I will praise You with all my heart, soul, mind and body, with everything I  have, and I will love Your Name HASHEM.
You have delivered me from Sheol, from destruction, from a life of living in unhappiness, You are merciful to me and have saved my soul.
O God, there are arrogant and violent people who seek to destroy me, who are after me, and who want to hurt me, evil men have sought my soul, and they have not put You first.
It is only You who are truly good to me, You are truthful, You are full of compassion, You are gracious and long suffering, and have mercy upon me.
O HASHEM, turn to me, hear me, answer me, give me strength and save me.
Show me a token for good, that they which hate and seek to destroy me may see it, and be ashamed and withdraw their warfare, because You God have helped me and comforted me.

Psalm 87

 His home is in the sky, in the architecture of the holy mountains, up in a mountain where the rent is free. HASHEM loves the mountains of Zion more than He loves the dwellings of Jacob. The dwellings of Jacob, with red carpets, polished silver, and the luxuries of a rich man's mansion, HASHEM turns down. Instead He prefers the open spaces of the home of the homeless man, the mountains with the rivers and flowing streams is where HASHEM dwells instead. I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon to those that know Me, Behold Philistia and Tyre, with Ethiopia, this man was born there. Yes, it is the stranger, the man who is born in these areas who God mentions: the stranger, the poor man, the widow, the fatherless, the motherless; not the Kings and Queens does HASHEM mention. God loves the man of Zion, regardless of where he came from, where he was born, or who are his associations and family. HASHEM loves all of those who keep His Commandments and worship and thank Him. As well the singers, the players on instruments shall be there, all My springs are in thee.

Psalm 88

A Song of Psalm by BatYAH* originally by the sons of Korach,

HASHEM, The Name: YAH, ELOHIM, O God, God of my security Who saves me, the day through whose night I cried out is before You: Please hear my humble cry of help in my prayer, show me Your blessed ear: For my life is plagued by troublesome evil-doers, and my life has reached old age near death: I was included with those who descend into a pit: I was like a person without any strength whatsoever, fatigued from all the trouble--like one among those who died in disobedience, corpses decaying in the grave, whom You remember no more, for they were cut off by Your hand: I had rebellion and You placed me in the darkest lowest worst place possible in the world, upon me Your wrath has caused me afflictions, Selah. My family, friends, and acquaintances act like strangers against me, You have made me ugly and abominable to them: I am held a captive and cannot leave: I am grieved and I have called upon You O HASHEM, everyday: I have showed you my upraised palms, stretching out my needy hands to You: Will You raise me from the dead? Will the lifeless become strong and living again to give You thanks and praise? Please remind me of Your wonders and forgive my inadequacies, and do not abandon me: I am afflicted and have almost died many times since youth, You have been raging against me because of my disobedience, and I feel dread of You: Your admonitions have surrounded me and caused me anxiety: You have estranged me in exile from my family, friends, and acquaintances:

Psalm 89

A Maskil by BatYAH inspired by Eisan the Ezrachite's original Maskil:

Of God's sweet merciful love, devotion, mercy, and kindness, I will sing sweetly and beautifully to You forever: I will use my wonderful voice and my open mouth to sing to You with kind holy Hebrew words dancing off my tongue and palate for You forever, I will sing to let everyone know how wonderful You are: For I said: "Forever will God's kindness be built, the heavens--You establish Your faithfulness in them." HASHEM made a Covenant, an agreement with the Israelites, His/Her chosen ones. God rules the greatness of the sea, when trouble comes and our hearts beat faster and faster, and we are threatened, You calm us: You crushed the venomous Rahav like a dead corpse, with the arm of Your great awesome might, You defended us and scattered our foes: You created us and You gave us the power to defeat our enemies with Your help and guidance: In Your Name: The Name: HASHEM, we rejoice, God has exalted the Priests from among His/Her people, and we go to the Priests for help and to God for help: God is our help and S/He always will be: HASHEM has anointed David His/Her servant and all of his descendants are anointed with holy oil: And HASHEM will smash his tormentors before him, all who hate him and give him trouble: Forever shall I preserve my kindness for David and his descendants: For they are born in My womb and shall serve Me and all of the Israelites: the people who have been taunted, tormented: Blessed is S/He YAH, HASHEM forever:

Psalm 90

A Prayer by Moses with credit given to Zipporah, the wife of Moses: the Woman of God, who inspired Moses:

My Lord, You have been an abode, a dwelling, a House for all of us, in all generations: You had not yet given birth to the 2000+ universes, and to our lands, and from the earliest remotest past and to the most distant future--You are our God: You reduce women and men to nothing, to pulp, and You command us and You say: "Repent. Do teshuvah, O children of two parents." For even a thousand years in Your eyes are but a bygone yesterday, and like a watch in the night: You drown the wicked in floods, they become sleep-like, they are poisoned like weeds: In the morning the wicked blossoms, by evening they are cut down and perish: For all of us: women, men and children, beasts and plants, are consumed by Your Harsh Hot Seething Fury, You see our child-like behaviors in Your brilliant lighted countenance: For our days passed by because of Your anger, we consumed our years like a fleeting thought: The days of our years among them are seventy years, eighty years, our proudest success is but toil and pain, for it is severely cut off swiftly and we fly away: Who can fathom how hugely angry You can get; As ADONAI is feared, Your anger is feared: Teach us to count our days and live by Your holy days, then we shall acquire a loving heart of wisdom with knowledge: Return to us, dearest HASHEM, how long will You be away while we suffer? Relent and come to us, Your servants: Satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness, then we shall chant, hum, whistle, or sweetly sing and rejoice; being glad all of our days: Be good to us and gladden us for as many days we have been afflicted, longer, all the years we have seen and experienced evil: May we see all of Your goodness in all that You do for us, in all Your words and actions, and please bless our children: May the pleasantness of my Lord, our God, be upon us--our handiwork, establish for us our calling, our occupation, establish it:

Psalm 91

Whoever follows diligently the Commandments of Adonai sits in God's refuge--the salvation of the Highest of the Most High--s/he dwells in God's mercy in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the greatest YAH, that S/He is my Refuge, my Fortress, my Rock, my Beloved, mine, and I will trust in Her: For S/He will deliver me from the treacherous ensnaring traps, from devastating fatal epidemic diseases: Beneath God's mighty eagle wings S/He will cover you, protect and love you, shield and armor is God's truth: You shall not fear the horrible terror at night or the battles of arrows flying towards you during the days: nor the diseases that lurk in gloom, nor the murderer who lays waste at noon: Let millions camp at your side, but no one will touch you, no one will ever harm you: You will merely look with your eyes and see all the wicked fall, all become dead and gone: Because You HASHEM, have become all I need and all I want, all I ever desire, I desire no one, and nothing other than You: You alone are my dwelling place: No evil will ever befall you, nor any plague come near your tent: God will command the angels to follow you and guide you, to protect you in all their ways: On palms they will carry you lest you strike your foot against stone like Moses did and stop trusting in ADONAI's goodness: Upon the lion and serpent you will stomp, you will trample monsters and the wicked: For he has yearned for me and I will answer him/her, I will raise him/her to aliyah, because s/he knows all My Names, and respects all My Names: People will call upon me and I will gladly answer all of them, I am with everyone who is righteous, in their distress: The Tzaddikim, the Righteous, will have the greatest of honors: I will give them a long life:

Psalm 92

A Psalm by BatYAH*: A Song for Shabbat: It is good to give thanksgiving to our greatest, holiest, mightiest, HASHEM: and to chant Praise to Her: To sing praise to Your Name O YAH: To appreciate Your kindness in the sunniest of dawns and Your faith in the darkest of nights: Upon stringed instruments and upon flutes with accompaniments of harps: You have raised my spirits upon high and gladdened a hurting soul that hurts no more: How incredibly great are Your actions, how intense and profound are Your thoughts: A fool cannot know You, a boor does not understand You: When the wicked blooms like grass and the doers of iniquity blossom--HASHEM will destroy them for all time until eternity:

Psalm 93

HASHEM will have ruled, have reigned, S/He will have greatness and grandeur, S/He will have might and will gird Him/Herself: Even the world of men, women, and children will be firm: The earth shall not falter, Adonai will save the world through God's righteous chosen Israelite People: God's brilliant Sapphire blue and golden throne in the clouds was established from of old, eternal are You: Like volcanoes they rise, they rise like vomiting volcanoes, and rivers after a horrendous thunderstorm, they shall raise their destructiveness: More powerful than tsunamis, higher than tidal waves, more than the roars of many oceans, mightier than the highest, strongest waves of the sea--You are the mightiest on high O HASHEM: Your Torah Teachings in Your Houses of Worship, our Sacred Dwellings, are exceedingly trustworthy--O HASHEM, give me longevity, may it be for lengthy days:

Psalm 94

O God of Wrath and Vengeance, HASHEM, O God appear! Arise O Judge and punish the arrogant: How long shall the wicked exult--O HASHEM--They speak venomously, freely utter slanderous malicious falsehoods, they love themselves, all workers of iniquity: Your nation, HASHEM, they crush and they afflict You and all You support: They try to destroy Your heritage: They slay the poor, the widow, the stranger, the orphan, the fatherless, the motherless, the childless--all these hurting people they murder: And they think that YAH will not see their oppressions, that the God of Avraham, Issac, Jacob, Sarah, Rivka, Rachel, and Leah will not understand: Understand you ignoramuses and boors that God does understand, when will you fools gain wisdom? S/He who creates the ear cannot hear? S/He who makes the eye shall not see? S/He who controls nations, shall S/He not rebuke? S/He who teaches women, men and children knowledge: HASHEM knows the thoughts of people, that their schemes are futile: Praiseworthy is the person who God teaches from God's Torah: To give the honest person rest from the evil, and for a pit to be dug for the wicked: For HASHEM will not abandon His/Her Israelites, nor will S/He forsake Her Heritage: Justice and righteousness will prevail, and following just good ways will be all the pure of spirit and heart: Who will rise up and defend me against evil doers? Who will stand up for me against the wicked? Had God not been a help to me in the past, I would have never spoken again and instead lived in complete isolation: If I said "O God, if my foot falters would You please O God support me so I do not fall and kill myself?" Your kindness has been a support to me in the past: You comforted my soul with gladness as I praised You: Are You associated with destruction? To those who lead an evil life? They gather together to hurt the innocent, the soul of the righteous, our good blood they condemn: God then become my Stronghold, my Rock of refuge: S/He turned their own evil against them and in this way S/He will cut them off: HASHEM, The Name will cut off evil from all good men, women, and children, and the wicked will suffer from their own misdeeds:

Psalm 95

Come! Let us sing songs, newly created and old songs, to HASHEM: let us call out to our Savior: Let us greet God with thanksgiving, to show gratitude to HASHEM for all things: Give God praise and thanks, let us call out to YAHWEH: For S/HE is a great God: and a great Monarch beyond all heavenly powers: For in God's secrets are the hidden mysteries of the earth, seas, and sky--HASHEM perfected them and they belong to The Name: ADONAI: Come! Let us bow, stand and sit, for HASHEM is our God and we can be the flock ELOHIM pastures, and the sheep in His/Her care: even today, IF we heed HASHEM's call! Do not harden your heart in secularity or in belief of false gods, as at Meribah, as on the day of Massah in the Wilderness: when your ancestors, your grandparents and great grandparents... tested Me, though they had seen My deed: For forty years as they wandered in the Wilderness, I was incensed in wrathful anger at that generation, then I spoke in a loud roaring thunder voice: "An errant-hearted people are they, and they know not My ways." Therefore because of their sins, I have sworn in My anger that they shall NOT enter My land of contentment and peace:

Psalm 96

Men, women, and children: Sing to HASHEM a new song, sing to HASHEM,--everyone on earth: Sing to ADONAI, Bless God's Name: announce God's salvation daily, minute by minute, second by second: Relate God's glory among all nations, among all peoples, God's wonders: God is above heavenly powers, above angels, greater and more awesome than anything or anyone in existence: For all the other gods and idols people create are nothings, but ELOHIM, O YAHWEH, gave birth to the Heavens! In our Synagogues, our Sanctuaries, glory and might, splendor and majesty are before God: Give honor to The Name of HASHEM: Do a mitzvah of lovingkindness and give to charity, do this to honor HASHEM: Shake before ADONAI, tremble in awe, everyone on Earth: Declare among the peoples that the world is fixed, controlled by ADONAI, through His/Her guidance of our choices, with righteousness, the world cannot falter: God will judge the people with fairness and justice: The Heavens will exult, the mountains will rejoice, the seas will roar, the land will be glad: The trees and birds will sing, everything will be joyous--before HASHEM, for God will have arrived, God will have arrived to judge the earth, God will judge with righteousness, justice, and beneficence, all the peoples with Her/His truth and honesty:

Psalm 97

When HASHEM will reign, the universe will rejoice; numerous whole continents and islands will be ecstatic: Threatening lightening and massive clouds in dense darkness will surround HASHEM: His/Her throne is built firmly on righteousness, holiness, justice, and beneficence: A Raging Fire will advance before ADONAI and Her/His enemies will repent and beg forgiveness: If there is no remorse, HASHEM's lightening bolts will strike them dead in seconds: The caps of snow on mountains will melt and flow like the spilled blood of His enemies, before HASHEM, before Almighty God, the Lord of all the earth: The angels in Heaven will declare God's righteousness and all the inhabitants of the world will see God's glory: In shame and humiliation will be the people who worship worthless false gods and erect meaningless idols against HASHEM's Kingdom: To Him/Her, all of the world's peoples and creatures will bow: O lovers of HASHEM, of ELOHIM the Almighty Powerful! Israel will hear and see, touch and smell, taste, and be glad, and the Daughters of Judah will exult: all because of Your judgments O YAH: God is above everything, everyone, and every power, above all in 2000+ Universes: O lovers of God, despise sin! S/He saves us from the wicked and destroys all demons and evil, rescuing us: Darkness ceases with an explosion of light from God's command, "Let there be Light!" And light is sown for the righteous, for the good in heart, gladness: Whenever you hear anyone of God's 70+ Names: Praise Him/Her O righteous, give holy praise to HASHEM, The Name: Give grateful praise to God's Holy Name:

Psalm 98

A Psalm! By BatYAH.*
Sing to HASHEM a new song but with the wisdom of knowing the old songs and their value: For S/He has done wonders: Her/His strong right hand and mighty bulging holy arm have helped Her/him as ours does after we don tefillin: HASHEM has revealed His/Her purpose, to show His/Her kindness and faithfulness to the House of Israel and the Israelites: All faces of the earth have seen Your saving ability: HASHEM wants all Her/His Israelites to sing joyously, men and women alike, all of Zion, to play music for Her/Him: Play sweet music on harps or heavy guttural chants with drums to HASHEM, S/He loves it all, as long as it is meant only for God: Shout aloud and blow a Shofar for ADONAI: Whisper to God, Chant to God: Chant praise: The great oceans will roar as a tidal wave in exultation to HASHEM: Rivers and mountains will clap hands: HASHEM is the most wisest Judge of all and with righteousness our God will judge all the people with justice and fairness.

Psalm 99

When HASHEM will reign, the entire earth of all nations will shake and heave violently in spasms forever. Before Her/Him Who is enthroned on Cheribum, the very earth splits, cracks open with the stiffening fear of a coma: Before HASHEM Who is great in Zion and Who is exalted above all kings, queens, nations, other gods, because S/He is the only true God: Your Names YAH and HASHEM, ELOHIM, ... are awesome and of the holiest! Almighty is the Sovereign who loves justice, mercy, kindness, truth: How incredibly Powerful is S/He Who wins every war: The righteousness of Avraham and Sarah You have made: Bow at Her/His footstool, and worship Her/him always: From the dark skies in an ominous cloud S/He answered Moses and Aaron: S/He spoke to them in loud deafening commands that shook and loosened mountains and started quaking volcanoes to vomit in eruption: S/He is a forgiving God, Exalt HASHEM and bow at Her/His holy mountain: For S/He is holy, our God, HASHEM.

Psalm 100

Todah rabbah, O God!!! All on earth call out to HASHEM with thankfulness, thanks[giving], yes, thanks and also giving to the poor should be in our hearts: We serve Her and come before Her with joyous song! Know that HASHEM, which means The Name: She is God, it is She who gave birth to us, it is She who we belong to: We are Hers: Her people and Her sheep in the pasture: Enter Her gates with prayers, blessings, praise and thanksgiving, bless Her Name, The Name: HASHEM: For She is good, Her kindness endures for all eternity, and from generation to generation is Her faithfulness:

Psalm 101

By David, Rewritten In My Own Words, By BatYAH, A Psalm: I sing of kindness and justice, hoping and praying to receive it and trying to give it: I contemplate the way to be simple and innocent: O God, when will You come to me? I walk constantly with innocence of heart within my house: I will never do a worthless thing, or do wayward deeds, everything I despise does not cling to me: A perverted heart will remain removed and distanced from me, they will drop away like dead flies, vanishing from my existence: I shall not know evil: He who slanders his neighbor in secret, him I will cut down: One with arrogant eyes and a heart that is over-sized--him I cannot bear: My eyes are on those who are Faithful to Me, and who walk the land in perfect innocence: he is the one who shall serve Me: In My house, there will be no liars, no deceit, no evil-doers before My eyes: Every morning, noon and night, I will cut down all the wicked so they will not be in the lands of HASHEM:

Psalm 102

HASHEM O God, hear, Shema my humble prayer, as I pour out my supplications to You: Let my cry reach You! In my day of distress, please O God, do not hide Your face: Give me Your Great Almighty ear when I call and answer me speedily: For my days are consumed like cigarette smoke and my bones are charred on a grill: Withered is my heart like grass on a hot summery day: I am so weak from my afflictions and from my enemies warring that I have forgotten to eat my food: I am so thin, my bones are sticking to my ribs: I am like an owl searching for vermin in a wasteland: I am a lonely bird on a rooftop, even though I have been diligent: All day long my enemies piss me off, ridicule me and curse me: I have eaten their words like ashes and drank their battling in tears: Because of Your Godly wrathful anger at my oppressor's words and actions, but my vengeful retaliations, You have raised me high but then hurled me down: My days are short like a passing shadow, and I shrivel and get older and weaker: You will arise and favor Zion, favor her dust: All nations will fear Your Name, The Name: HASHEM, YAH, ADONAI, GOD,... You will not despise the prayer of the devastated one, Let all this be recorded for our newborn nations so they will also praise God, She gazed upon us in Her Sanctuary and looked down from heaven and earth: To hear the groaning of the captive prisoner and then to liberate all those doomed to die: To declare in Israel and all over the world, in Zion, Her Name, YAH, She has afflicted my strength on the way, She has shortened my days: You created the Heavens and the Earth: All will perish, but You will live on forever: Only Your obedient servants will be settled and their children will live on to praise You and have Your goodness:

Psalm 103

By David and BatYAH, Bless HASHEM and YAH and ELOHIM..., O my soul, and all that is in me [bless] Her holy Name: Bless HASHEM O my soul and forget not all Her kindnesses: Who forgives all your sins, Who heals diseases and broken hearts and all that afflict us: Who raises us out of the darkness of pits and Who crowns us with kindness and mercy: Who satisfies our mouths with goodness and kind words, so that our youth is renewed with the strength of an eagle: HASHEM, YAH, God is the doer of righteous deeds, and She helps all the oppressed and forsaken: Moses received Commandments and holy words directly from Her mouth and She showed the people of Israel how to be righteous people through Her actions: God is Merciful, Kind and Slow to Anger: As we as Her people should imitate: She does not quarrel for eternity, nor will She bear a grudge: As we should also not quarrel or bear grudges: If we fear Her and love Her, as the Torah commands us to do, Her kindness will be abundant: Bless HASHEM, O God, and all Her servants, legions, nations, etc., Bless all Her works in all places of Her dominion: Bless YAH, O my soul.

Psalm 104

Bless The Name, HASHEM, and YAH, a God with both feminine and masculine characteristics, and no imagery of identification--we are ALL made in God's image, both women and men: You are very great! You shine with light as we are clothed to reflect Your beauty: Stretching out before our eyes like a large white curtain, opening on a stage during God's Debut: The beautiful blue clouds are Your chariot, You command the wind who is Your messengers: the flaming fire is Your attendants: The earth will not faulter because You have established it: Your deep waters stand proudly on mountain tops, and flow freely into Your valleys: When You rebuke, they flee, when You thunder they rush away: You set boundaries so the waters do not flood the lands, and so the mountains do not open like volcanoes everywhere sending firing lava into all our homes; we obey Your territorial fences: Your flowing waters quench the thirst of all beasts: The birds make homes in Your branches and sing to us as our morning alarm clocks: People awake and work and we are fed with Your green growing vegetation: We pick Your purple grapes off our vines that intertwine our hearts with our loved ones and create gladness: Our faces and candles glow from Your olive oil: And we eat Your Challah to keep our hearts pure: You sustain us: Among the cypress trees, we walk in parks and are sated with Your trees of life, there where the birds make their homes: Huge high mountains to make the goats' footing sure, and rocks to protect the homes of the gophers: She made the Rosh Hodesh new moon a feminine entity in Her image, and also the sun to watch the moon do dances around the earth: You create darkness so the beasts will stir: The young lions roar and are fed by Your generous lovingkindness: When You cause the sun to rise, they go to sleep in the protection of their dens: People awake and go to work until sunset and then sleep: Your possessions fill our storage spaces, we own in abundance we are because of Your good works: In Your great oceans and seas we find numbers of treasures so great, they cannot be counted, we travel to Israel in ships upon Your seas: YAH O God feeds us at the proper time: We look to You with hope and You open Your hand to us: Please never hide Your face, we will dutifully follow all of Your Commandments: When You breathe, You give us life: May the glory of The Name of HASHEM glory forever in majesty: You look at us and we tremble: When You touch the mountains they smoke: I will sing sweetly and in gratitude to You as I praise You, YAH, and therefore I will endure: I will continue to be good to You, for You and to others, and those who are not will perish under Your swords, and be no more: Bless YAH, HASHEM, G-d and God! O my soul! HalleluYAH!

Psalm 105

Praise YAH our God: Call on Her name, proclaim Her deeds among the peoples. Sing to Her beautiful sweet melodies and praising songs, speak of Her often to all peoples, if you seek Her you will be able to rejoice, turn to Her, seek Her presence constantly: Remember Her wonders She has done for you, She is the Lord our God: She is ever mindful of Her Covenant with us, and will never let you down as long as you do not let Her down: But then, O God, She will forgive you: When we as Israelites were just a handful of people wandering from nation to nation, She stood by our side: She allowed no one to oppress us: She said: "Do not touch My anointed ones, do not harm My prophets:" Many others starved, She called a famine among the land: But Her anointed ones did not starve because Joseph was sent into slavery, his feet were bound, and an iron collar was put on his neck: He interpreted the Pharoah's dream, and the people then survived the famine, and Joseph was released, made the lord of the Pharoah's household, and he then taught his elders wisdom: God made Her people very fruitful, more numerous than their foes, then She changed their hearts to hate Her people, to plot against Her servants: Moses and Aaron performed Her miracles among them, She sent darkness, She turned their waters into blood, killed their fish, their land teemed with frogs, swarms of insects came at Her command, lice by the millions, hail instead of rain, their trees, vines and figs were destroyed, grasshoppers destroyed everything, they devoured every green thing in sight, She aborted every first-born in the land, the first fruit of their vigor; Israel left Egypt with silver and gold, and Egypt rejoiced when we left: For they dreaded us: Clouds covered us as we marched out, and fire lightened our dark nights, we asked Her for meat and She brought us quail, and satisfied us with manna from the heavens: She opened a rock and water sprung forth, it flowed in a parched land: She led the people out with gladness: We inherited the wealth of the peoples so we could keep Her laws and observe Her teachings: HalleluYAH.
